Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order with RISH. By accessing or using our website at rishlinen.com and by completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. About RISH

RISH ("we", "us", "our") is an online retailer of men's smart-casual linen clothing operating at rishlinen.com. We fulfil orders through trusted third-party dropshipping suppliers based in the United States and Europe. By placing an order, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with RISH.

2. Eligibility

By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
  • You are a resident of a country to which we ship
  • All information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete

3. Products & Descriptions

We take great care to ensure that our product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that colours displayed on your screen will exactly match the physical product due to variations in monitor calibration and lighting in photography.

Fabric compositions, weights, and dimensions are provided in good faith based on information supplied by our manufacturing partners. Minor variations of up to 5% in measurements are considered within acceptable tolerance.

If a product you receive materially differs from its description on our website, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rishlinen.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.


4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on rishlinen.com are in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable product taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe). RISH does not store, access, or retain your card details at any point. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once you complete checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. This confirms that we have received your order — it does not constitute acceptance of your order. Order acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Reasons may include: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to verify payment. In such cases, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing hello@rishlinen.com with your order number. After this window, the order may have already been sent to fulfilment and cannot be cancelled — in this case our standard returns process applies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on rishlinen.com — including but not limited to the RISH brand name, hummingbird logo, product descriptions, photography, copy, and graphic design — is the exclusive intellectual property of RISH and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our brand assets may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RISH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, industrial disputes, carrier failures, or government actions.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of rishlinen.com shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

9. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at rishlinen.com/privacy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
