RISH Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your RISH purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no hassle, no questions asked.
Our 14-Day Guarantee
We offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached, within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
How to Return or Exchange
- Email hello@rishlinen.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Drop off at any USPS location using the prepaid label
- Refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to process the credit. If you paid with Shop Pay installments, refunds are applied to your outstanding balance first.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We'll exchange it for free. Note that exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size or colour is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.
Conditions for Return
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must be attached
- Item must be returned in its original packaging where possible
- Sale items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange
- Items damaged by misuse or improper care are not eligible for return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rishhummingbird@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
