Processing Time
All RISH orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all orders over $85. No code required.
International Shipping
RISH ships to 40+ countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days for international orders.
Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
Order Tracking
Every RISH order includes a tracking number sent by email as soon as your order ships. You can track your delivery at any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email, or by visiting our Track My Order page.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@rishlinen.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible
