At RISH, we work hard to get your linen to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and fulfilled from our US and EU warehouse partners. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All RISH orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day. |

Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all orders of $85 or more. No discount code is required — the free shipping is applied automatically based on your order subtotal before taxes.
- Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order
- Deliveries are made Monday–Saturday via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- A tracking number is emailed to you at the time of dispatch — use it to monitor your delivery in real time
3. International Shipping
RISH ships internationally to 40+ countries. International orders are fulfilled from our US or EU warehouse depending on stock availability. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Important — International Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee charged by RISH.
We are unable to predict what customs fees may be charged. We recommend contacting your local customs office for guidance before placing a large international order. RISH cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs inspection.
4. Tracking Your Order
Every RISH order includes a tracking number provided by email at the time of dispatch. You can track your order:
- Via the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email
- On the carrier's website using your tracking number (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
- Through our Track My Order page at rishlinen.com/track
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's tracking system to update with your shipment's location.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before completing checkout. RISH is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may choose to:
- Have the order re-shipped to a corrected address — a re-shipping fee applies
- Receive a refund for the product cost minus the original shipping fee
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please take the following steps:
- Check your tracking number for the latest update
- Confirm that your delivery address was entered correctly at checkout
- Check with neighbours or building management in case the package was left with them
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
If after completing the above steps your package remains missing, please contact us at hello@rishlinen.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that investigations can take 5–10 business days.

For packages confirmed as lost by the carrier, RISH will offer either a full replacement order or a complete refund at no cost to you. |
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt
- Email rishhummingbird@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible. Claims made after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
8. Shipping Restrictions
RISH currently cannot ship to the following locations:
- PO Boxes — we ship to residential and business addresses only
- Certain US territories and military APO/FPO addresses — please contact us before ordering
- Countries subject to international trade sanctions or embargoes
9. Changes to This Policy
RISH reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Significant changes will be communicated via email to customers who have placed recent orders.
